If you are sending in an endoscope, you will need to complete a decontamination report and sent it in with your repair.
We'll keep you informed throughout the entire process via your online customer dashboard and by email and let you know:
- When your scope arrives
- When it has been inspected
- What the findings of the inspection are
- What the repair price will be
- When the instrument has gone into work
- When the repair has been completed
- When the equipment is on its way back to you
