We'll keep you fully up-to-date with the progress of your job.

If you are sending in an endoscope, you will need to complete a decontamination report and sent it in with your repair. 

We'll keep you informed throughout the entire process via your online customer dashboard and by email and let you know: 

  • When your scope arrives
  • When it has been inspected
  • What the findings of the inspection are
  • What the repair price will be
  • When the instrument has gone into work
  • When the repair has been completed
  • When the equipment is on its way back to you
