Arranging a service or repair couldn't be easier
Call one of our technicians on 01702 460310 option 3. If you have a service contract then your equipment will be collected from you free of charge. If you have an online account you can order a service via the login. You can also see what assets you hold with us, view their service history and service contract status. Register for an online account.
What will happen?
We'll keep you fully up-to-date with the progress of your job. If you are sending in an endoscope, you will need to complete a decontamination report and sent it in with your repair. We'll keep you informed throughout the entire process via your online customer dashboard and by email and let you know:
- When your scope arrives
- When it has been inspected
- What the findings of the inspection are
- What the repair price will be
- When the instrument has gone into work
- When the repair has been completed
- When the equipment is on its way back to you
