What will happen?
We'll keep you fully up-to-date with the progress of your job. If you are sending in an endoscope, you will need to complete a decontamination report and sent it in with your repair. We'll keep you updated via email.
If you login to your account you can monitor the progress of your repair tickets and track the following activity:
- When your scope arrives with us
- When it has been inspected
- What the findings of the inspection are
- What the repair price will be
- When the instrument has gone into work
- When the repair has been completed
- When the equipment is on its way back to you
