Esophageal Foreign Body Forceps.
As recommended on our training days by Professor Mark Dunning.
An especially long forceps that can remove foreign bodies such as fish hooks or lodged bones from even the distal esophagus or trachea.
– backward facing teeth for maximum grip
– shaft diameter small as possible to allow placement alongside endoscope.
23″ shaft length (57.5cm) x 7.5mm/6mm diameter.
Extra long forceps (total length including handle is 27″ (67.5cm)).
Diameter jaws 13mm x 9mm. Maximum jaw gap is 30mm.
